q: where do your products and materials come from?
a: all of my items are carefully handcrafted in studio using mostly repurposed & salvaged materials, except for the masks and facial rounds, which use all new/unused fabric for sanitary reasons. i try to use natural fabrics and shop locally when i can, although the pandemic has made this a bit more difficult.
the majority of my glassware and household items are created using carefully selected second-hand pieces.
vinyl decals are new materials (but very strategically placed/cut for minimal waste).
shipping and packaging materials are a mix between new, recycled, reused, and traded items.
if you require a receipt packing slip with your order, please let me know.

q: how do i pay?
a: currently i am accepting Paypal payments as well as Canadian etransfers.
further instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery
q: what's the deal with shipping fees?
a: nobody likes paying extra for shipping & handling... and it shouldn't keep you from ordering what you really want... so i keep things simple and fair by absorbing some of the cost on fragile, bulky, and/or heavier items.
FREE shipping** on orders $75+*
Canada: $7 flat fee**
USA: $9 flat fee**
Local (Toronto, ON) pick-up: Free
lighter, flatter items like decals and patches are subject to lower shipping fees (~$4-$5) up to a certain quantity, otherwise extra "freebie" item(s) might be added to your order to even it out :)

q: do you ship internationally?
a. not at this time, but if you're interested in ordering multiple and/or custom items please inquire!
q: when will my order be sent out?
a: please allow ~1-3days for orders to be picked, packed & prepared to be mailed.
custom orders may take up to 7days to be made & ready to be sent to you.
after that it's in Canada Post/USPS' hands!
please be patient and note that shipping delays are out of my hands, literally.
Vinyl Decal Application Instructions
1. Clean application surface (ideally with rubbing alcohol) and allow to fully dry.
2. Lay decal face down and peel paper backing away at 180º angle ensuring entire decal is on grid lined transfer tape.
3. Carefully apply decal to surface avoiding bubbles.
a. Start from one side and smooth across using squeegee or card.
OR
b. Slightly bend decal/tape and smooth from middle out, one side at a time using squeegee/card.
4. Smooth over entire decal with squeegee/card ensuring adhesion.
5. Remove transfer tape.
*vinyl decals that have a clear overlay do not come with transfer tape. transfer tape has orange grid lines.
